Bookings & Reservations

Search for courts by sport, location, time, and availability. When you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your booking will appear in your account.

  • Modify or cancel bookings according to the venue’s policy and our Terms.
  • Some venues support rescheduling. If unavailable, you may need to cancel and rebook.
  • Arrive on time; late arrivals or no-shows may not be refunded.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation windows and fees may vary by venue. Courtland facilitates refunds where applicable.

  • Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method or wallet balance.
  • Venue-initiated cancellations receive a full refund or credit.
  • Service fees may be non-refundable depending on timing and venue policy.

Payments & Wallet

We use Stripe to process secure card payments. Wallet credit can be used on eligible bookings.

  • View your wallet balance and recent transactions in your account.
  • Wallet credits may be issued for customer service adjustments or venue cancellations.
  • For receipts and invoices, check your email or account history.

Venue Issues

If a court is unavailable or conditions are unsuitable, inform the venue desk immediately. We’ll help coordinate a resolution with the venue.

  • Report safety hazards or equipment problems to the venue staff.
  • For unresolved issues, contact support.

Account & Eligibility

Users must meet age and regional eligibility requirements. Keep your account details accurate to ensure successful bookings and communications.

  • Update email and phone number to receive confirmations and alerts.
  • Follow venue rules and our Terms of Service.
